Do I need an appointment?

Yes! We are open by appointment only and offer an intimate, personalized boutique experience.

Do you charge for appointments?

No.

 

What should I bring to my appointment?

While inspiration photos are helpful, we believe the most important thing to bring to your bridal appointment is an open mind. 🙂 We’ll take care of the rest!

However, if you plan on wearing something specific with your wedding gown such as shapewear, shoes, and/ or jewelry, you are welcome to bring those items along. Additionally, we do kindly ask that you and your guests bring a pair of slippers or slides to change into on rainy or snowy days. This helps keep our showroom as clean as possible! 

 

What is the price range of your gowns?

Our wedding dresses are typically priced between $1,000 and $3,500.

 

What types of dresses do you offer?

Every single gown in store is hand-selected by Madison. She loves to find unique dresses you won’t find anywhere else. We recognize that every bride has her own personal style, and we definitely cater to that by offering a magnitude of designs! Vintage-inspired, boho, timeless, modern … You tell us your vibe, and we’ll find several options for you! If there is a specific dress or style you have in mind, feel free to email a photo to us, and we will let you know if we carry it or have something similar. 

 

What size gowns do you carry?

Our inventory is always changing, but currently there are dresses ranging from size 2 – size 18. 

 

Will my gown need to be altered? 

Yes, definitely. Wedding dresses are produced in standard bridal sizes and rarely fit perfectly upon the initial try-on. However, we are pros at clipping each gown to give you the vision of how the dress will look once it is tailored to you!

 

Do you offer alterations?

No. You may use whomever you feel comfortable with to alter your wedding gown. We are happy to refer you to a local trusted seamstress!

 

Do you offer accessories such as veils and jewelry?

Yes! We carry veils, headbands, and many other hair accessories along with a small collection of jewelry handmade in Denmark. 

 

When should I purchase my wedding gown?

We recommend purchasing your gown a year in advance but will do our absolute best to work with any timeframe and ensure you have a dress in time for your big day!

 

Can I purchase off-the-rack dresses, or do you only take custom orders?

Yes, nearly every gown in store is available to be taken home the same day. 

 

Can I bring a guest with me to my bridal appointment?

Absolutely! We highly suggest bringing no more than two guests. After years of experience, we’ve found that intimate appointments create the most enjoyable, stress-free experience for our brides. Being that our store is not childproof, we ask that all guests are 12 and older. 

 

Do you sell mother of the bride or bridesmaids dresses?

No, we solely focus on wedding gowns and bridal accessories. 

 

What is your return or exchange policy?

All sales are final.

 

Will you buy my wedding dress?

No, we do not purchase gowns from the public. Every single dress in store is brand new from our designers and suppliers.
